双循环视角下多重价值链互动对企业价值链地位的影响研究

摘要: 在双循环经济视角下，企业价值链迭代成为我国企业发展的重要组成部分。在当前经济环境中，虽然我国部分企业已经开始重视并着手重构、优化企业原本的价值链结构体系，但由于各种原因仍无法精准地统计出至今有多少企业实行了价值链优化策略，导致现有的研究数据无法立体化的展示出双循环视角下多重价值链互动对企业价值链地位的影响；同时，相关的研究数据也呈现出较为零散的状态，缺乏系统性的整合和分析。本文运用案例研究法、扎根理论法和波特五力模型，聚焦双循环视角下多重价值链互动对于企业价值链地位的影响问题进行展开研究。研究发现：第一，价值链重构与优化升级已然是企业适应新型经济发展模式的重要手段；第二，企业价值链的优化升级对企业自身与国际市场之间的契合度有着极大的推动作用。总之，价值链互动对企业的影响呈正效应。

Abstract: In the new economic development paradigm of dual circulation, the enterprise value chain iteration has become an important part of the development of Chinese enterprises. In the current economic environment, although some companies in China have begun to focus on and undertake the reconstruction and optimization of their original value chain structures, precise statistics on how many companies have implemented value chain optimization strategies remain unavailable due to various reasons. This leads to existing research data not being able to comprehensively showcase the impact of multiple value chain interactions on a company's value chain position from the perspective of dual circulation. Additionally, the available research data is fragmented and lacks systematic integration and analysis. This paper uses case study method, grounded theory method and Porter’s Five Forces model to focus on the impact of multiple value chain interaction on the value chain position of enterprises from the perspective of dual circulation. The research finds that: First, value chain reconstruction and optimization and upgrading are already important means for enterprises to adapt to the new economic development paradigm. Second, the optimization and upgrading of enterprise value chain has a great role in promoting the fit between enterprises and the international market. In short, value chain interaction has a positive effect on enterprises.
