高水平对外开放对共同富裕的影响效应研究

摘要: 中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化，是党的二十大报告提出的使命任务，推进高水平对外开放是实现高质量发展和全体人民共同富裕的必由之路。本文基于我国2014—2021年省级面板数据，运用熵值-耦合协调度模型测度了各省域的高水平对外开放指数和共同富裕指数，实证研究了高水平对外开放对共同富裕的影响机制。结果表明：高水平对外开放对共同富裕存在显著的正向促进作用，且促进作用主要来自经济开放度；高水平对外开放对共同富裕的促进作用具有地区异质性，促进效应呈现东部>中部>西部地区的趋势。

Abstract: The Chinese path to modernization characterized by achieving common prosperity for all is the mission and task outlined in the Report to the 20th National Congress, and promoting high-level opening-up is the only way to achieve high-quality development and common prosperity for all. Based on China’s 2014-2021 provincial panel data, this paper uses the entropy-coupling coordination degree model to measure the high-level opening-up index and the common prosperity index of each province and empirically studies the infl uence mechanism of high-level opening-up on common prosperity. The results show that high-level opening-up has a signifi cant positive promoting eff ect on common prosperity, and the promoting eff ect mainly comes from the economic opening degree. The promoting eff ect of high-level opening-up on common prosperity has regional heterogeneity, and the promoting eff ect shows the trend of eastern > central > western regions.
