优质课教学原则、策略与目的新论

摘要: 一堂课，从天地人三维视角一体设计框架，实施教学，形成下述三个特质，当可列入优质层次予以积极评价。一是应天承道：所授知识反映事物发展规律，教学实践合乎国家课程标准，教学品质具有时代创新特征。二是接地顺气：教学适应学生学情，知识得自生成过程，教者既能彰显个性优势，又可保有常态风格。三是致和得人：破解学生困惑，力推生命发展，增进人际和谐。

Abstract: A classroom instruction can be ranked as a quality one,which possesses three characteristics from the perspective of the three-dimensional or three-in-one teaching framework. Firstly, Compliance: teaching contents comply with the law of nature and follow the national curriculum standards and teaching innovation. Secondly, Understanding: understand students’ learning situations and self-processing acquired knowledge,which shows a magnetic personality and normal teaching style. Thirdly, Interpersonal Harmony: help solve students’ puzzles and promote students’ growth and enhance interpersonal harmony.
