A New Analysis of Quality Classroom Instruction From Teaching Principles,Strategies and Aims
摘要: 一堂课,从天地人三维视角一体设计框架,实施教学,形成下述三个特质,当可列入优质层次予以积极评价。一是应天承道:所授知识反映事物发展规律,教学实践合乎国家课程标准,教学品质具有时代创新特征。二是接地顺气:教学适应学生学情,知识得自生成过程,教者既能彰显个性优势,又可保有常态风格。三是致和得人:破解学生困惑,力推生命发展,增进人际和谐。
Abstract: A classroom instruction can be ranked as a quality one,which possesses three characteristics from the perspective of the three-dimensional or three-in-one teaching framework. Firstly, Compliance: teaching contents comply with the law of nature and follow the national curriculum standards and teaching innovation. Secondly, Understanding: understand students’ learning situations and self-processing acquired knowledge,which shows a magnetic personality and normal teaching style. Thirdly, Interpersonal Harmony: help solve students’ puzzles and promote students’ growth and enhance interpersonal harmony.
