二汉字字义引申轨迹给予中小学一线管理的启示

Enlightenment to the frontline management of primary and secondary schools from the extended track of lexical meaning of two Chinese characters

摘要: “管”、“理”二字分别由其本义“竹管”、“雕琢”引申产生趋近转义“掌管、管理”和“治理、整理”的不同轨迹,共同启示中小学一线管理者领略其中富含的管理意蕴及中国智慧,应机选用下述策略,智性化解突出矛盾:精准放矢,直击鹄的;巧力游刃,深中肯綮;虚怀若“竹”,广纳良谏。并且还可借以夯实一线管理情意基础:待下就像待玉,管人先重养人,治人如同治玉,分别能够做到尊重、珍爱,成全、体恤,耐心、细致。如此布策施恩,对中小学一线管理加以智性化、人性化双重规整与推动,自会赢得被管理者高度礼敬、加倍回馈,并可出色履行立德树人光荣职责,创造不同寻常的管理实绩,本质性靠拢现代治理。

Abstract: The two Chinese characters "Guan" and "Li" are respectively extended from their original meanings of "bamboo tube" and "carving", resulting in different tracks of approaching to the meaning of "control and management" and "governance and sorting", which jointly enlighten the frontline managers of primary and secondary schools to appreciate the rich management implication and wisdom, and choose the following strategies to intelligently resolve the prominent contradictions: accurately aim and hit the target; skillfully accomplish the task with ease and go deep to the point; Be open-minded like "bamboo" and widely accept good advice. It can also be used to consolidate the emotional foundation of frontline management: treating staffs is just like treating the precious jade, caring for people first, and then governing them. patient and meticulous,managers do  respect, cherish, complete and compassionate them. In this way, by making the frontline management of primary and secondary schools intellectualized and humanized, staffs will win high respect and double feedback from the managers. In addition,they can perform the glorious responsibility of establishing morality and cultivating people, creating unusual management achievements, and essentially close to modern governance.
