马克思主义视角下当代中国新质生产力发展路径对策探究

摘要: 在马克思主义理论框架下，深入分析了中国新质生产力发展的策略，并结合党的二十届三中全会精神进行了深入探讨。首先对生产力与生产关系的核心理念进行了详细解读，并进一步明确了新质生产力的概念及其主要特征。随后探讨了新质生产力在促进经济增长和社会进步方面的作用，并在此基础上，从马克思主义的视角出发，提出了促进新质生产力发展的路径，其中着重强调了生产关系改革和社会结构调整的关键作用。针对当前经济发展趋势，提出了一系列策略建议，包括优化制度框架、构建创新激励体系和加强人才培养机制等，以期为中国新质生产力的健康发展提供支持，为经济结构的转型和升级以及社会的持续进步注入新的活力。

Abstract: Under the framework of Marxist theory, this paper deeply analyzes the strategies for the development of new quality productive forces in China and conducts an in-depth discussion in the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party. Initially, it interprets the core concepts of productive forces and production relations in detail and further clarifies the concept and main characteristics of new quality productive forces. Subsequently, the role of new quality productive forces in promoting economic growth and social progress is explored. Based on this, from the perspective of Marxism, the paper proposes strategies for promoting the development of new quality productive forces, emphasizing the key roles of reforming production relations and adjusting social structures. In response to current economic development trends, a series of strategic recommendations are put forward, including optimizing the institutional framework, constructing an innovation incentive system, and strengthening talent cultivation mechanisms. These are aimed at supporting the healthy development of China’s new quality productive forces and injecting new vitality into the transformation, upgrading of the economic structure, and the continuous progress of society.
