摘要: 在新时代背景下，职业教育作为推动高质量发展的创新引擎，其在培养技术技能人才、促进经济结构优化升级、推动创新驱动发展中的核心作用。首先、分析了职业教育在适应科技快速发展和产业变革中面临的挑战，并提出了职业教育与新质生产力结合的必要性。其次、强调了职业教育与经济发展的双向互动，以及在促进社会公正和区域经济均衡发展中的作用。通过具体案例，展示了职业教育的成功实践，并对职业教育改革的方向与策略提出了建议。职业教育改革应聚焦课程内容现代化、强化实践教学、提升师资队伍专业水平、增强教育体系灵活性和提升学生全面发展。最后，展望了职业教育的发展方向，强调了其在国家战略中的重要地位，以及在促进社会经济均衡发展和创新驱动中的潜在价值。

Abstract: In the context of the new era, vocational education serves as an innovative engine for promoting high-quality development, playing a pivotal role in cultivating technical and skilled talents, facilitating the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure, and driving innovation-led development. Firstly, it analyzes the challenges vocational education faces in adapting to the rapid development of technology and industrial transformation, and proposes the necessity of integrating vocational education with new quality productivity. Secondly, it highlights the reciprocal interaction between vocational education and economic development, as well as its role in promoting social equity and balanced regional economic growth. Through specific cases, it showcases successful practices in vocational education and offers suggestions for the direction and strategy of vocational education reform. Vocational education reform should focus on modernizing curriculum content, strengthening practical teaching, enhancing the professional level of the teaching staff, increasing the flexibility of the education system, and fostering the comprehensive development of students. Finally, it looks forward to the future direction of vocational education, emphasizing its significant position in national strategy and its potential value in promoting balanced social and economic development and innovation-driven growth.
