高校有组织科研的历史观鉴 ——以西南联大学术集会为例

摘要: 大科学时代，人类世界的科学技术创新范式逐步由个人研究转向依托“大平台、大团队”的协同研究。科研组织模式的变革已然引起各国政府的广泛关注。科研组织模式的创新对于助推国家进步、提升大学科创能力、成就学人学术志业等方面具有现实意义。国立西南联大曾在国家民族危亡时刻，以一种学术集会的科研组织形式“凝聚起学人的共识、形成了科研协同合力”。故而，通过科研工作四个阶段划分的视角深入分析联大学术集会模式的运行机制，初步得出该模式强调将爱国主义，学术自由作为价值追求，并拥有严密的制度设计。剖析该模式的应用价值并结合时代进行适当转化对于我国高等教育构筑“大平台、大团队”的科研组织模式具有极高的借鉴意义。

Abstract: In the era of big science, the paradigm of science and technology innovation in the human world has gradually shifted from individual research to collaborative research based on "big platforms and big teams". The change in the organizational model of scientific research has attracted widespread attention from governments. The innovation of scientific research organization model is of practical significance in promoting national progress, enhancing the creative ability of large disciplines and achieving the academic ambition of scholars. The National Southwestern Associated of China has been in a time of national crisis, an academic assembly of scientific research organizational form "cohesion of the consensus of scholars, the formation of scientific research synergy". Therefore, through the perspective of the four stages of scientific research work, we analyse the operation mechanism of the academic assembly model of the university, and initially conclude that the model emphasizes patriotism and academic freedom as the pursuit of values, and has a rigorous institutional design. Analyzing the application value of this model and transforming it appropriately in the light of the times is of great significance for China’s higher education to construct a "big platform, big team" model of scientific research organization.
