高质量发展视域下昆明市预制菜产业发展策略研究

摘要: 预制菜作为食品产业中的新兴业态，连接着现代农业与现代食品产业，既满足了现代人快节奏的生活方式，又是乡村产业振兴的重要方向。昆明得益于优越的地理位置、气候条件和农业资源，预制菜产业发展优势显著、大有可为。本文采取综合分析方法，以推进预制菜产业高质量发展为背景，基于我国预制菜产业的现状，探讨了昆明市预制菜产业的发展优势、综合实力和堵点难点，根据广东、上海、广西、山东等省市预制菜“产业化”先发经验，认为促进昆明市预制菜产业集中度及全产业链协同势在必行，并从政策引导、人才培养、确立标准、畅通物流、企业培育、搭建平台六方面提出了构建预制菜产业链的对策建议，以期推动昆明市预制菜产业高质量发展。

Abstract: As an emerging business form in the food industry, pre-made food serves as a bridge between modern agriculture and the modern food industry, aligning with the fast-paced lifestyle of today's society and representing a crucial direction for revitalizing rural industry. Thanks to its advantageous geographical location, favorable climatic conditions, and rich agricultural resources, Kunming enjoys remarkable advantages and great potential for the development of the pre-made food industry. This paper uses a comprehensive analysis method to explore the development advantages,
comprehensive strength, and challenges of Kunming's pre-made food industry in the context of promoting the high-quality development of the pre-made food industry and based on the current situation of China's pre-made food industry. Drawing on the experience of fi rst movers including Guangdong, Shanghai, Guangxi, Shandong and other provinces and cities in the "industrialization" of pre-made food, it is believed that it is imperative to promote the concentration of Kunming's premade food industry and the synergy of the whole industrial chain. In pursuit of this goal, countermeasures and suggestions for building a pre-made food industry chain are put forward from six aspects: policy guidance, talent training, standard establishment, smooth logistics, enterprise cultivation, and platform construction, to promote the high-quality development of Kunming's pre-made food industry.
