摘要: 党的十八大以来,人民群众对教育公平的需求日益提升。为满足人民群众对教育公平更高层次需要,习近平总书记将以人民为中心的发展思想运用于教育领域,聚焦教育发展不平衡不充分的现实困境,站在推进中国式现代化建设的战略高度,就教育公平问题发表了系列论述,形成了习近平总书记关于教育公平重要论述。习近平总书记关于教育公平重要论述内容丰富,综合国力日益提升是实现教育公平的根本基础,教育改革持续深化是实现教育公平的基本动力,教师队伍不断充实是实现教育公平的关键一环,数字教育逐渐普及是实现教育公平的重要支撑,教育法规日益健全是实现教育公平的法律保障。习近平总书记关于教育公平的重要论述具有重大时代价值,它是满足群众对高质量教育发展需求的行动指南,推进教育、科技、人才一体化发展的理论支撑,培养德智体美劳全面发展时代新人的重要指针。

Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the demand of the people for educational equity has been increasingly rising. To meet the higher-level needs of the people for educational equity, General Secretary Xi Jinping has applied the people-centered development philosophy to the field of education. Focusing on the real dilemmas of unbalanced and inadequate educational development, and standing at the strategic height of promoting the construction of Chinese-style modernization, he has issued a series of expositions on educational equity, forming his important discourse on educational equity. General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on educational equity is rich in content: the increasing comprehensive national strength is the fundamental basis for achieving educational equity; the continuous deepening of educational reform is the basic driving force for realizing educational equity; the continuous expansion of the teaching workforce is a key link in achieving educational equity; the gradual popularization of digital education is an important support for realizing educational equity; and the increasingly improved educational laws and regulations are the legal guarantee for achieving educational equity. General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on educational equity has significant value for the times. It serves as an action guide to meet the public’s demand for high-quality educational development, a theoretical support for promoting the integrated development of education, science, and technology, and a key indicator for cultivating new individuals with all-around moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education.
