摘要: 列宁在与“经济派”进行理论斗争过程中,其宣传思想得以丰富,主要表征为宣传主体的构成和宣传方式的创新。宣传主体由理论家、宣传员、鼓动员和组织者四个主体构成,四者各具特色、各司其职。此外,列宁还强调了通过编辑全俄政治报纸来团结所有革命力量的重要性。列宁在《怎么办?》一文中提出的宣传思想,为在新时代开展宣传思想文化工作提供了宝贵启示,即要紧紧围绕中心工作,服务人民群众;全力办好党报党刊,做优网络媒体;注重发扬批判精神,批驳错误思潮;加强构建宣传链条,形成大宣传格局。通过实施这些措施,可以更有效地传播党的创新理论,凝聚奋进力量,开创党的宣传思想文化新局面,促进社会主义文化繁荣发展。
Abstract: During the theoretical struggle with the "Economists," Lenin’s propaganda ideas were enriched, primarily manifested in the composition of the propaganda subjects and the innovation of propaganda methods. The propaganda subjects consist of theorists, propagandists, agitators, and organizers, each with its own characteristics and responsibilities. In addition, Lenin also emphasized the importance of editing the All-Russian political newspaper to unite all revolutionary forces. Lenin’s propaganda ideas proposed in the article "What Is to Be Done?" provide valuable insights for carrying out propaganda and ideological cultural work in the new era, that is, to closely focus on central work and serve the people; to fully operate the party newspapers and periodicals well, and to optimize online media; to focus on promoting a critical spirit, refuting erroneous ideologies; to strengthen the construction of the propaganda chain, forming a large-scale propaganda pattern. By implementing these measures, it can more effectively disseminate the party’s innovative theories, gather the strength to forge ahead, open up a new situation in the party’s propaganda and ideological culture, and promote the prosperity and development of socialist culture.
