时代出场·新质内涵·强化策略：新时代文化主体性的理论诠释

摘要: 习近平总书记在文化传承发展座谈会上创造性提出了“文化主体性”这一重大理论命题。这一理论命题的提出，既有保护与促进世界文化多样性的考虑，也有应对全球化带来文化冲突和文化同质化的考量；既有应对身份认同受到挑战的谋虑，也有应对美西方文化殖民的酌量。新时代文化主体性具有新的内涵，既包括全球化与本土文化的重新定位、数字化时代的文化创新与传播、多元文化环境下的身份建构，也涵括文化自觉与批判性思维养成及跨文化交流与合作能力。从新时代文化主体性的出场中可观察到，现实中还有制约其巩固的因素。针对这些影响因素，应从传统与现代、东方与西方、理论和实践维度进行切入，使国家文化主体性得到更好巩固，进而更好维护国家文化安全。

Abstract: General Secretary Xi Jinping creatively proposed the significant theoretical proposition of "cultural subjectivity" at a symposium on cultural inheritance and development. This theoretical proposition considers both the protection and promotion of global cultural diversity, as well as addressing cultural conflicts and homogenization brought about by globalization. It also contemplates the challenges to identity recognition and the impact of cultural colonialism from the West. In the new era, cultural subjectivity has new connotations, including the repositioning of globalization and local culture, cultural innovation and dissemination in the digital age, identity construction in a multicultural environment, as well as the cultivation of cultural consciousness, critical thinking, and cross-cultural communication and cooperation abilities. Despite the emergence of cultural subjectivity in the new era, there are factors that hinder its consolidation in reality. Addressing these influencing factors requires approaches from traditional and modern, Eastern and Western, theoretical and practical dimensions to better strengthen national cultural subjectivity, thereby safeguarding national cultural security.
