基于复杂网络的本土汽车企业逆向跨国并购发展与对策研究

Research on the Development and Countermeasures of Domestic Automotive Enterprises’ Reverse Cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions Based on Complex Networks

摘要: 随着我国综合国力的提升,中国自主汽车品牌纷纷开始进行海外并购,并且不断尝试逆向跨国并购,以获取先进技术促进国内汽车产业发展。本文以中国2001—2022年本土汽车企业逆向跨国并购事件为基础,建立逆向跨国并购网络,运用社会网络分析方法,对其现状进行可视化分析,并且基于逆向跨国并购发展存在的问题,提出本土汽车企业逆向跨国并购发展路径。研究发现,本土汽车企业逆向跨国并购规模较小,并购对象集中于美国和德国,网络呈现“核心-外围”结构。基于此,本文将考虑政府方面的政策引导、本土企业与被并购企业的区位优势和协同发展,提出逆向跨国并购发展路径,以期促进本土汽车产业创新发展。

Abstract: With the enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength, Chinese domestic automotive brands have actively engaged in overseas mergers and acquisitions. Moreover, they continuously explore reverse cross-border mergers and acquisitions to gain advanced technologies and promote the development of the domestic automotive industry. This paper, based on reverse cross-border mergers and acquisitions events involving Chinese domestic automotive enterprises from 2001 to 2022, establishes a network of reverse cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Utilizing social network analysis, the current situation is subjected to a visual analysis. Additionally, based on the issues present in the development of reverse cross-border mergers and acquisitions, the paper proposes development paths for domestic automotive enterprises engaging in reverse cross-border mergers and acquisitions. The research reveals that the scale of reverse cross-border mergers and acquisitions by domestic automotive enterprises is relatively small, with the acquired targets concentrated in the United States and Germany. The network exhibits a “core-periphery” structure. Based on these findings, the study considers government policy guidance, the locational advantages, and the synergistic development between domestic enterprises and the acquired firms, proposing development paths for reverse cross-border mergers and acquisitions to facilitate innovation and development in the domestic automotive industry.
