新质生产力推动经济高质量发展的机制分析与实现路径

摘要: 当前，新一轮科技革命和产业变革蓬勃兴起，数字经济、平台经济、共享经济等新业态新模式不断涌现，新质生产力已成为推动经济高质量发展的重要力量。首先，文章解析了新质生产力的内涵，然后与旧质生产力进行比较分析；其次，分析了新质生产力对经济高质量发展的推动作用，并从推动新质生产力高质量发展可能面临的困难和挑战出发，分析了新质生产力促进经济高质量发展的内在机制；最后，从坚持创新驱动、深化供给侧改革、加快数字化转型、营造良好制度环境等方面提出了推动新质生产力发展的具体路径，旨在为加快培育发展新质生产力，推动经济高质量发展提供决策参考。

Abstract: Currently, a new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation is surging, with new forms and models such as the digital economy, platform economy, and sharing economy continually emerging. New quality productivity has become an important driving force for promoting high-quality economic development. First, this paper analyzes the connotation of new quality productivity and compares it with old quality productivity. Second, it examines the role of new quality productivity in driving high-quality economic development and analyzes the inherent mechanisms that facilitate this development, considering the potential diffi culties and challenges in promoting high-quality growth. Finally, the paper proposes specifi c pathways for advancing new quality productivity, focusing on innovation-driven approaches, deepening supply-side reforms, accelerating digital transformation, and creating a favorable institutional environment, aiming to provide decision-making references for accelerating the cultivation and development of new quality productivity and promoting high-quality economic growth.
