网络娱乐平台对中国现代化与数字文化发展的影响与挑战

摘要: ]随着数字技术不断发展，新兴媒体形式正在成为塑造中国社会和文化面貌的重要力量。本文通过分析这些新媒体在数字技术应用、文化产业发展、文化输出以及国家形象塑造等方面的影响，发现网络影视、短视频和直播平台已经成为推动中国式现代化进程中不可或缺的推动因素，同时也面临着一系列挑战。这些挑战主要体现在法律法规与版权保护问题引发了对内容创作和分发的合法性和可持续性的担忧，以及内容品质与主流审美标准的多样性，商业模式的发展盈利能力对于网络影视、短视频和直播平台的可持续发展产生了重大影响。为了应对这些挑战，本文提出了加强政策引导与监管，推动创新发展与优质内容生产，注重培育高质量、具有深度和影响力的作品；培育良好的数字文化生态系统，促进多样性和包容性的文化表达；加强教育与媒体素养，提高公众对于新媒体的理解和正确使用等策略。

Abstract: With the continuous development of digital technology, emerging media forms are becoming an important force in shaping the social and cultural landscape of China. This article analyzes the impact of these new media on digital technology application, cultural industry development, cultural export, and national image building, and finds that online film and television, short video, and live-streaming platforms have become indispensable driving factors in promoting the process of China’s modernization, but they also face a series of challenges. These challenges mainly manifest in concerns about the legality and sustainability of content creation and distribution caused by laws and regulations and copyright protection issues, as well as the diversity of content quality and mainstream aesthetic standards. The profitability of business models has a significant impact on the sustainable development of online film and television, short video, and live-streaming platforms. To address these challenges, this article proposes strategies such as strengthening policy guidance and regulation, promoting innovative development and production of high-quality content, cultivating a sound digital cultural ecosystem, promoting diversity and inclusiveness in cultural expressions, enhancing education and media literacy, and improving public understanding and proper use of new media.
