技术进步与人性价值：人类增强的伦理困境及其消解

摘要: 人类增强技术在不断崛起与演进的过程中一方面助推着人类多项能力的提升，另一方面催生着人类个体工具化和自我物化的人性异化风险。在增强到异化的人性命运视场下，人类增强技术在自由、平等与公正等层面产生了深刻的伦理困境。通过平衡工具理性与价值理性以实现技术理性的重构，构建“以人为本”的技术伦理框架以实现人性关怀的复归，推进技术治理与公正分配以实现社会协同机制的完善，可以助力消解人类增强技术引发的伦理困境，抵达技术进步与人性价值的和谐之境。

Abstract: In the process of continuous rise and evolution, human augmentation technology promotes the improvement of many human abilities on the one hand, and gives rise to the risk of human alienation of human individual instrumentalization and self-objectification on the other hand. From the perspective of human destiny that has been enhanced to alienation, human augmentation technology has produced profound ethical dilemmas at the levels of freedom, equality and justice. By balancing instrumental rationality and value rationality to realize the reconstruction of technological rationality, constructing a "people-oriented" technological ethical framework to realize the restoration of human care, and promoting technological governance and fair distribution to achieve the improvement of social coordination mechanism, we can help resolve the ethical dilemma caused by human augmentation technology and achieve the harmony between technological progress and human value.
