“三链学说”关于人类社会可持续性发展之一般性分析注1

摘要: 人类社会系统的演化，其质的跃变或革命，不常见。常见的和大量发生的是事物细物润生的演绎，是事物一个个平滑地过渡生长。这种演绎和过渡，我们一般可用人类社会系统量的变化规律来描述。然则，什么是人类社会的可持续性发展？可持续性发展如何表达或表述？系统交换理论之三链学说对此展开了一定程度的探讨和分析，尝试给出某种程度的解读。

Abstract: The evolution of human social systems, their qualitative leap or revolution, is uncommon. What is common and occurs in large quantities is the gradual nurturing of details within things, the smooth transition and growth of things one by one. This kind of evolution and transition can generally be described by the laws of quantitative change in human social systems. However, what is sustainable development in human society? How can sustainable development be expressed or articulated? The theory of three chains in system exchange theory explores and analyzes this to a certain extent, attempting to provide a certain degree of interpretation.

• 说明： 本文“三链学说”为袁宏建系统交换理论的一个分支应用。本文具体应用“三链学说”分析人类社会可持续发展。一般来说，人类社会可粗划分为经济、文化及政治三个版块进行分析。“三链学说”应用系统交换理论交换链概念，将人类社会的经济、文化及政治三个版块视为三个交换链，分析经济链、文件链及政治链的相对分布演化规律，从而找出最可能实现人类社会可持续发展的一般性规律。 本文意向投往《哲学研究》《北京大学学报（哲社科）》《自然辩证法通迅》《自然辩证法研究》《系统科学学报》《中国社会科学》《复旦学报（社科）》《北京师范大学学报（社科）》《武汉理工大学学报（社科）》等。
