Exploration of the effective transmission path of rural health under the background of rural revitalization: Taking Gengjia Village, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province as an example
摘要: 基于“健康中国 ”“ 乡村振兴 ”等国家战略的宏观背景 , 根据我国农村大多经济落后的国情 ,从社会学 、传播学等视角出发, 通过实地调研和深度访谈陕西省咸阳市耿家村村民健康传播现状,结 果显示,当前乡村健康传播面临着农村传媒媒介渠道狭窄,农村公共 广播根本性作用发挥受限,受众主体结构失衡、参与度不高。破解以 上困境,一是分析新媒体语境下乡村基层地区传播现状,建立立体化 传播渠道,拓宽健康传播形式;二是探索基层地区有效传播路径,创 新传播方式 ,提升健康传播水平 。新媒体时代到来,一定程度上拓宽农村地区健康传播的渠道,为 农村居民获取健康信息提供更为多元的方式。农村地区健康传播需结合使用新媒介技术和传统大喇叭宣传 ,着力提升农村健康传播效果。
Abstract: Based on the macro background of national strategies such as "Healthy China" and "Rural Revitalization", according to the national conditions of most of China’s rural economies, from the perspective of sociology, communication and other perspectives, through on-site research and in-depth interviews with the current situation of healthy communication among villagers in Gengjia Village, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, the results show that rural health communication is facing narrow rural media channels, limited fundamental role of rural public broadcasting, unbalanced audience structure and low participation. To solve the upper dilemma, the first is to analyze the current situation of communication in rural grassroots areas in the context of new media, establish three-dimensional communication channels, and broaden the form of healthy communication; second, to explore effective communication paths in grassroots areas, create new communication methods, and improve the level of healthy communication. With the advent of the new media era, the channels of healthy communication in rural areas have been broadened to a certain extent, providing more diversified ways for rural residents to obtain health information. Healthy communication in rural areas needs to be combined with new media technology and traditional loudspeaker publicity to improve the effect of rural health communication.
