中国共产党指令型出版管理体制的起源与成长（1921—1949）：基因·萌芽·雏形

摘要: 中国共产党建党以来的革命出版史是在中共中央的统一领导下，在血与火的洗礼中开创了在革命根据地以指令型体制发展出版事业的成功范例。在相当长时期内中共中央的宣传工作基本等同于出版工作、部分组织工作就是发行工作。本文通过梳理和考察中共中央在上海时期、中央苏区时期和延安时期这三个关键阶段对出版机构、出版政策、出版制度和出版特征不断探索的发展演进脉络，以总结中国共产党革命出版史所积淀的出版传统资源、出版管理思想、出版管理原则等对构建新中国出版管理体制的作用和影响。

Abstract: 　Under the unified leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China，the revolutionary publishing history in the baptism of blood and fire has created a successful example of developing the publishing industry in a revolutionary base by instructional system since the founding of the CPC. For quite a long period of time，the propaganda work of the CPC Central Committee basically equals to the publishing work，and part of the organizing work is the issuing work. By reviewing and examining the development and historical evolution of the CPC Central Committee’s continuous exploration of the publishing agencies，publishing policies，publishing systems and publishing features in the three key stages of Shanghai， Central Soviet Area and Yan’an，this paper summarizes the evolution of traditional resources，thoughts，principles etc. of publishing management in the CPC’s revolutionary publishing history，and the role and influence of building a new China’s publishing management system.
