Construction and Implementation of STEAM Curriculum Teaching Model from the Perspective of Breadth of Learning
摘要: 广度学习是继深度学习之后的一门新兴的机器学习技术,能够快速和泛化地收集和处理数据,在机器学习领域的影响力日益增强,但目前在教育界的应用较为匮乏。深度学习旨在深入解决特定领域复杂问题,而广度学习则强调广泛收集信息,并实现信息的迁移扩展,其核心任务是信息融合与知识发现。广度学习的特征与STEAM教育所蕴含的学科整合、情境真实、技术赋能与问题导向的理念高度吻合。沪教版中学英语教材文本内容涵盖STEAM元素,利于建构指向广度学习能力提升的STEAM课程教学模式,促进探索广度学习应用于教育领域的新路径。
Abstract: Breadth of learning is an emerging machine learning technique after deep learning, capable of collecting and processing data quickly and broadly, and is increasingly influential in the field of machine learning, but is currently lacking in the educational field. Deep learning aims at solving domain-specific complex problems in depth, while broad learning emphasizes extensive information collection, migration and expansion of information, with the core tasks of information fusion and knowledge discovery. The characteristics of breadth of learning are highly compatible with the concepts of disciplinary integration, authentic context, technology empowerment and problem orientation embedded in STEAM education.The STEAM curriculum teaching model is constructed for improving the ability of breadth of learning by sorting out the STEAM elements in the text content of the secondary school English textbook of Shanghai Education Edition, try to explore a new path for the application of breadth learning in the field of education.
