志型领导视角下教育硕士人才培养的理路 ——以全日制教育硕士培养为例

Orderliness of Education Masters’ talent training Under the Perspective of Zhi Style Leadership

摘要: 教育硕士专业学位教育是教师教育的重要构成部分,是新时代基础教育高质量发展高端师资供给的根基和保障。但全日制教育硕士培养尚在政策落实、理论探索和具体实践方面存在亟待解决的问题。志型领导是汲取我国优秀传统文化中“志”论精髓以及中国共产党带领各族人民在革命、建设、发展历程中对“志”论的运用、拓展及深化基础上,统筹考量国家意志、社会志趣以及组织或单位志向,创造性转化和创新性发展既有志向说、志行说、志人说、志敢说等论说,通过对个体、群体乃至组织成员的志气涵养、志愿明晰、志向厘定、志趣澄明、意志增强、志业笃定等来激发其潜能与活力,引导或指导其为达致共同目标不懈努力、勇毅前行的领导思维和理论范式。全日制教育硕士培养需统筹考量教育硕士生学习志趣、导师指导志趣以及培养单位组织志向,形成人才培养的共同意志并通过政策、制度、监督、评价等过程的闭环管理落实共同意志,统筹调配人、财、物等质量保障条件的支撑效用。

Abstract: Master of Education Professor Degree Education(MEPDE)is the important part of Teacher Education,which is also the base and guarantee of Supporting Senior Staff for Higher Quality Development of Elementary Education.But There are some problems as police implementation,theoretical research and concrete practice about Full time Master Education Training. Zhi Style Leadership is a kind of Leadership thoughts and theoretical paradigm which overall considers State Will, Social interest and organization ambition while leads or instruct individual,group,or organization members to realize Common Goal persistently and bravely through spiritual cultivation, clear voluntary choice,aspiration determination, clarity of inclination,increased will and  being determined in one’s  career  that is on the basis of the essence of Zhi exposition in Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture and the Communist Party of China(CPC)’s using,expanding and deepening Zhi exposition in leading Chinese people of all ethnic groups to revolute,construct and develop.  Full time  Master of Education training needs to thoroughly consider learning disposition of ME students, guiding inclination of Tutors’ and aspiration of training unit in order to form common will which is realized through closed-loop administration by policy,institution,monitoring and evaluation.
