“学生减负”的从严思想与三维逻辑

摘要: “双减”是党在新时期构建基础教育良好生态的重要方针，事关培养有理想、有本领、有担当的时代新人。全社会应遵照“为党育人、为国育才”的根本宗旨，树立学生减负共同体意识，主动担当，协同履职，从源头治理、技术运用、责任筑牢三个层面，做实做透彻专项课题、实验课题、重点课题三项实践研究，实效、高效、长效推进学生减负工作，为实现教育治理能力现代化和学生全面减负贡献智慧和力量，为推动教育高质量发展开源赋能。

Abstract: “Double reduction” is an important policy of the party to build a basic education ecology in the new era. It is related to the cultivation of new people with ideals, abilities and responsibilities. The whole society should follow the basic tenet of“Educating people for the party and educating talents for the country”, set up the consciousness of community, take the initiative, carry out the duty in coordination, and build up the three aspects of responsibility from the source of governance, technology application, to carry out three practical research projects, namely, the special project, the experimental project and the key project, so as to promote the work of reducing students’ burden effectively, efficiently and long-term, to realize the modernization of educational governance ability and reduce the overall burden of students, contribute wisdom and strength to promote the development of high-quality education.
