ISO/TC46/SC11 文件（档案）管理标准化工作最新动向及启示

摘要: 文章追踪ISO/TC46/SC11在新技术环境下的文件管理、标准配套工具和指南、标准化工作转型等方面的最 新工作动向，指出我国目前缺少专门的文件管理标准分技术委员会，SC11标准的引进率较低，存在标准编制滞后、缺少 配套实施工具和指南、标准间的术语混乱等问题，提出应当重视相关组织建设、标准制定、标准协同和指南编制等工作， 从而提升我国文件（档案）管理标准化工作水平。

Abstract: This paper traces the latest trends of standardization efforts under ISO/TC46/SC11 in records management, standard supporting tools and guidelines, and transformation of standardization efforts under the new technological environment. It also points out that currently this field lacks specialized technical subcommittees for document management standards, the introduction rate of SC11 standards is low, and there are problems such as the lag of standard preparation, the lack of supporting implementation tools and guidelines, and the confusion of terms among standards in China. It is suggested that we should pay attention to the development of relevant organizations, development of standards, synergy of different standards and guideline preparation, so as to improve the standardization of records (archives) management in China.
