中文指南共识类文献同时/二次发表中存在的问题及建议

摘要: 【目的】调研我国临床实践指南共识类文献多刊同时/二次发表中存在的问题，并从期刊编辑角度提出建议和对策。【方法】通过文献检索，得出我国CSCD期刊对指南共识类文献同时/二次发表的数量、类型、学科、疾病种类、发表期刊，分析其标题规范性，不同版本间的一致性（如文献标题、作者、摘要、关键词），并以两组发表次数较多指南为例展示著作权标注情况。【结果】2019—2023年，共有199组466篇同时/二次发表指南共识类文献；文献标题规范性有待加强；不同版本间的文献标题、作者等存在较多不一致的情况；同时/二次发表的著作权标注不够规范。【结论】在确有必要同时/二次发表时，重视指南共识的编辑审查和校对，保证不同版本间的一致性；并在文中明确标注“同时发表”或“二次发表”；同时不要将同时/二次发表作为传播指南共识的最重要手段。

Abstract: [Purposes] To investigate the problems in the simultaneous/secondary publication of clinical practice guidelines/consensus literature in China, and to put forward suggestions and countermeasures from the perspective of journal editors. [Methods] Through literature search, the number, category, subjects, disease type and publication journal of multiple guidelines/consensus published in Chinese CSCD journals were obtained, and the standardization of titles and consistency between different versions were analyzed (such as document titles, authors, abstracts and keywords). The copyright labeling of multiple publications was analyzed by taking two groups of guidelines with more publication times as examples. [Results] A total of 199 groups of 466 multi-journal guidelines/consensus literature were published from 2019 to 2023. The standardization of literature titles needs to be strengthened. There are many inconsistencies between the titles and authors of different editions. The copyright markings for simultaneous/secondary publication are not clearly marked. [Conclusion] When simultaneous/secondary publication is really necessary, we should pay attention to the editorial review and proofreading of guidelines/consensus to ensure the consistency between different versions, and "simultaneous publication" or "secondary publication" should be clearly marked in the article. Meanwhile, multi-publication should not be regarded as the most important means of disseminating guidelines/consensus.
