共同富裕视角下武汉都市圈协调发展研究

摘要: 在推动高质量发展和共同富裕的背景下，建设现代化都市圈既符合“全国一盘棋”的战略谋划，也是实现共同富裕的重要抓手。武汉都市圈位于长江经济带，区位条件优越、辐射范围广，能为共同富裕提供实践平台。武汉都市圈经历了快速发展阶段后，仍面临发展不平衡、不充分的问题，制约物质财富增长和共享效率。为了完善区域协调发展战略和助力共同富裕的实现，武汉都市圈应强化交通互联互通、形成错位发展格局、破除体制机制障碍，形成功能、产业、人口、空间和公共服务协调发展格局。

Abstract: In the pursuit of high-quality development and shared prosperity, the creation of a modern metropolitan area aligns perfectly with the strategic "coordinated national response" and serves as a crucial stepping stone toward achieving common prosperity. Wuhan Metropolitan Area is located in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, has superior location conditions and a wide radiation range, and can provide a practical platform for common prosperity. After experiencing a period of rapid development, the Wuhan Metropolitan Area continues to grapple with issues of uneven and inadequate growth, which hinder both the accumulation of material wealth and the sharing effi ciency. To enhance regional coordinated development and promote common prosperity, the Wuhan Metropolitan Area should strengthen transportation connectivity, establish a staggered development pattern, break down institutional barriers, and foster a coordinated development pattern of functions, industries, population, space, and public services.
