基于空间溢出的陕西区域经济高质量增长研究

摘要: 文章选择陕西省11个地区2000—2020年的面板数据，从经济发展水平、物质资本、人力资本、利用外资、旅游收入等方面，建立空间Durbin模型分析陕西各地区经济增长及溢出效应。结果表明，陕西各地区的经济发展呈现稳定的收敛趋势，相邻地区的经济发展对本地区有促进和带动作用，且物质资本、人力资本及利用外资因素对经济增长率具有显著影响。进一步研究显示，物质资本在各地区的经济增长中居于显著地位，这对于各地区经济的高质量发展不利，应逐步改变这一形势。人力资本在经济增长中的贡献日益凸显，因此，借助陕西省的优质教育资源，可以提升各地区的人力资本水平，从而促进陕西省经济的高质量发展，并辐射带动西北地区的经济取得高质量发展。

Abstract: Based on the panel data of 11 regions in Shaanxi Province from the year 2000 to 2020, this paper establishes a spatial Durbin model to analyze the economic growth and spillover effect of Shaanxi regions from the aspects of economic development level, material capital, human capital, utilization of foreign capital and tourism income. The results show that the economy of each region in Shaanxi exhibits a stable convergence trend, and the economic development of adjacent regions boosts and drives the region. The factors of material capital, human capital and utilization of foreign capital have a signifi cant impact on the economic growth rate. Further research indicates that material capital plays a significant role in the economic growth of various regions, which is unfavorable to the high-quality economicdevelopment of various regions, and this situation should be changed gradually. The contribution of human capital to economic growth is becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, leveraging high-quality education resources in Shaanxi Province can elevate the level of human capital across various regions, thereby promoting the high-quality economic development of Shaanxi Province and spurring the economy of Northwest China to achieve high-quality development.
