关于加强地理标志保护促进经济高质量发展的研究——以浙江台州市为例

摘要: 地理标志作为一种重要的知识产权，对于提升农产品品牌知名度、保护传统特色产品、促进产业转型升级等方面具有显著作用。通过实地调研和数据分析，本文以浙江台州市为例，针对地理标志保护存在的问题，提出加强地理标志保护的若干建议，包括树立地理标志品牌意识、提升地理标志品牌认可度、加强地理标志保护力度、完善地理标志监管体系等，旨在为进一步推动台州经济高质量发展提供有益参考。

Abstract: Geographical indications, an important form of intellectual property, play a signifi cant role in enhancing the brand awareness of agricultural products, protecting traditional characteristic products, and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. Through fi eld research and data analysis, taking Taizhou City as an example, this paper proposes suggestions to strengthen the protection of geographical indications, including establishing awareness of geographical indication brands, enhancing their recognition, strengthening the protection of geographical indications, and improving the regulatory system for geographical indications. These eff orts aim to provide useful reference for further promoting the high-quality development of Taizhou’s economy.
