中国文化治理现代化的历史变迁与经验启示

摘要: 推进国家治理能力现代化和推进文化治理现代化是相辅相成的，统一于推进中国式现代化的进程中。中国文化治理现代化离不开中国共产党。梳理中国共产党成立以来，尤其是新中国成立75周年以来，党和国家文化治理事业的奠基、萌芽、孕育、形成四个发展历程，总结党在不同时期制定的文化路线、方针和政策的经验启示，提出要坚持马克思主义文化治理理论的指导，推进文化治理理念现代化；坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路，培育文化治理的主体力量。对学习宣传贯彻习近平文化思想、扎根“文化自觉”“文化自信”和“文化自强”的土壤、研究和推进新时代文化治理现代化的理论和实践，进而助力中华民族伟大复兴的实现具有重要意义。

Abstract: Promoting the modernization of national governance capacity and promoting the modernization of cultural governance are complementary to each other and are unified in the process of promoting Chinese-style modernization. The modernization of Chinese cultural governance cannot be separated from the CPC. Since the founding of the Communist Party of China, especially since the 75th anniversary of the founding of new China, the experience of cultural lines, principles and policies formulated by the Party in different periods, and to adhere to the guidance of Marxist cultural governance theory and promote the modernization of cultural governance concept; and to adhere to the socialist cultural development path with Chinese characteristics and cultivate the main force of cultural governance. It is of great significance to study, publicize and implement Xi Jinping’s cultural thought, take root in the soil of "cultural consciousness", "cultural confidence" and "cultural self-improvement", study and promote the theory and practice of promoting the modernization of cultural governance in the new era, and then help the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
