The Relationship between Personal Resumes and Research Outputs of Organized Scientific Research Team Leaders: A Case Study of Leaders of Major Projects of the National Social Science Fund
摘要: [目的/意义]国家社科基金重大项目是哲学社会科学领域内开展有组织科研的重要载体,以国家社科基金重大项目负责人为研究对象,分析有组织科研团队负责人个人履历信息与科研产出的关系,能够为制定高水平人才成长政策、促进科研产出和更好地开展有组织科研提供参考。[方法/过程]本研究以2019-2023年国家社科重大基金项目负责人为研究对象,将多元回归分析和cs QCA方法结合,对收集到的负责人的个人履历信息和科研产出数据进行分析,探究负责人个人履历相关的单个变量及多个变量之间的组态效应与科研产出的关系。[结果/结论]多元回归分析发现性别、年龄、博士后经历、国外留学访学经历、担任职务、学术兼职和荣誉奖励对负责人的科研产出有着显著的影响;QCA组态分析得出了5条影响负责人科研产出的组合路径。研究结果对于人才政策的制定以及促进有组织科研的开展和科技人才的科研产出有着相应的启示作用。
Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Major projects of the National Social Science Fund are important carriers for organized scientific research in the field of philosophy and social sciences. Taking the leaders of major projects of the National Social Science Fund as research objects, analyzing the relationship between the personal resume information of the leaders of organized scientific research teams and scientific research output can provide reference for formulating policies for the growth of high-level talents, promoting scientific research output, and better carrying out organized scientific research. [Method/Process] This study takes the project leader of the National Social Science Major Fund from 2019 to 2023 as the research object. Multiple regression analysis and CS QCA method are combined to analyze the collected personal resume information and scientific research output data of the project leader and explore the relationship between the configuration effect of single and multiple variables related to the personal resume of the project leader and scientific research output. [Results/Conclusion] Multiple regression analysis found that gender, age, postdoctoral experience, study abroad experience, position holding, academic part-time jobs, and honor awards have a significant impact on the research output of the person in charge; QCA configuration analysis identified 5 combined paths that affect the research output of the responsible person. The research results have certain enlightening effects on the formulation of talent policies, the promotion of organized scientific research, and the scientific research output of scientific and technological talents.
