Analysis of the Causes of Learning Behavior Bias among Middle School Students in the Field of Vocational Education and Research on the Reform Path of Educational Evaluation Models
摘要: 摘要:本文从一次职业教育中学生的一次考试中发现的高频“0分率”现象出发,通过统计分析法和访谈法,对学生的学习行为进行了研究。研究发现,学生普遍存在偏科现象,且标准化考试模式可能无法准确评估学生的真实学习水平。通过访谈,文章揭示了学生学习行为偏差的深层原因,包括习得性无助感、教育评价的传统性、滞后性与单一性。最后为了改进教育评价,需要重塑评价体系,提出目前教育评价需要从客观题向主观题转变,未来教育评价应该具备多维性和可信度,并利用信息技术提高评价的科学性、专业性和客观性。
Abstract: Abstract: This article starts from the high-frequency "zero point rate" phenomenon discovered in a vocational education exam for middle school students, and studies their learning behavior through statistical analysis and interview methods. Research has found that students generally have a bias towards certain subjects, and standardized exam models may not accurately assess their true learning level. Through interviews, the article reveals the underlying reasons for student learning behavior bias, including acquired helplessness, the traditional, lagging, and singular nature of educational evaluation. Finally, in order to improve educational evaluation, it is necessary to reshape the evaluation system and propose that current educational evaluation needs to shift from objective questions to subjective questions. In the future, educational evaluation should have multidimensional and credible characteristics, and information technology should be used to enhance the scientific, professional, and objective nature of evaluation.
