教育科技人才一体推进视域下科学家精神融入高职思政教育探骊

摘要: 进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化需要一体推进教育发展、科技创新、人才培养工作。科学家精神融入高职思政教育则是助推教育科技人才一体推进的重要表现。科学家精神与高职思政教育的理念相契合、发展历程同频、现实要求相符。科学家精神融入高职思政教育有其实践路径，相关工作贯穿于课堂教学、校企合作、校园文化建设和学生职业发展全领域。科学家精神融入高职思政教育工作的长效进行，需要构建以制度保障和资源保障为代表的保障机制。

Abstract: To further comprehensively deepen reforms and advance Chinese-style modernization, it is essential to integrate the advancement of education development, scientific and technological innovation, and talent cultivation. The integration of the scientist spirit into ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges represents a significant manifestation of promoting the integrated advancement of education, science, and technology talent cultivation. The scientist spirit aligns with the principles of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, follows a similar development trajectory, and meets practical requirements. The integration of the scientist spirit into ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges has practical pathways, encompassing classroom teaching, school-enterprise cooperation, campus culture construction, and student career development. To sustain the integration of the scientist spirit into ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to establish a safeguard mechanism represented by institutional and resource support.
