普通话赋能地方扶贫教育的作为与可能

Putonghua Empowers Local Poverty Alleviation Education

摘要: 以武汉体育学院“三下乡”志愿团队的实践活动为案例,探讨普通话在地方扶贫教育中的重要作用及其赋能效应。深入分析普通话推广过程中包括增强语言能力、推动社会融入能力及满足跨区域交流需求在内的作为与可能,进而助力精准脱贫与教育振兴。研究通过问卷调查、资料收集、观察访谈等方法,收集了志愿者、学生、教师及当地居民的相关数据,并结合理论分析,总结普通话在扶贫教育面临的问题与挑战:师资力量薄弱引发的教育失衡;语言环境复杂导致的学习壁垒;社会认知不足及持续性挑战等潜在的阻碍因素。籍此逻辑分析发现:采用加强师资培训、丰富教学资源、营造语言环境等现实措施是精准赋能地方扶贫教育的必由之路。研究结果表明,普通话的普及不仅能够显著提升贫困地区学生的综合素质,也是未来地方扶贫教育发展的趋势与可能。

Abstract: :Taking the practical activities of the "Three Rural Villages" volunteer team of Wuhan University of Physical Education as a case, this paper discusses the important role and enabling effect of Putonghua in local poverty alleviation education. In-depth analysis of the actions and possibilities in the process of Putonghua promotion, including enhancing language ability, promoting social integration ability, and meeting the needs of cross-regional communication, so as to help targeted poverty alleviation and education revitalisation. Through questionnaire surveys, data collection, observation interviews and other methods, the study collected relevant data of volunteers, students, teachers and local residents, and combined with theoretical analysis, summarised the problems and challenges faced by Putonghua in poverty alleviation education: the educational imbalance caused by weak teachers; learning barriers caused by complex language environments; Potential disincentives such as insufficient social awareness and ongoing challenges. Based on this logical analysis, it is found that the only way to accurately empower local poverty alleviation education is to adopt practical measures such as strengthening teacher training, enriching teaching resources, and creating a language environment. The results show that the popularisation of Putonghua can not only significantly improve the comprehensive quality of students in poor areas, but also the trend and possibility of the development of local poverty alleviation education in the future.
