高校思想政治教育三维视角及逻辑理路探赜

摘要: 教育是国之大计、党之大计。习近平总书记在中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会的报告中明确提出“加快建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国，全面提高人才自主培养质量，着力造就拔尖创新人才”的重要指示和战略谋划。作为国家和民族发展水平与发展潜力的重要标志，建设具有中国特色世界水平的现代化教育是思想政治教育的发展目标和前进方向。在我国，高校开展思想政治教育有着理论维度、文化维度和实践维度的深厚根基。在思想政治教育过程中，要坚持党的领导，遵循思想政治教育发展规律和人才成长规律，落实立德树人的职责使命，不断提升思想政治教育的效能，培养造就高素质现代化人才，为建设教育强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标奠定坚实人才基础。

Abstract: Education is a vital task for the state and the Party. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the major deployment and long-term goal of "accelerating the construction of a strong country in education, science, technology and talent, comprehensively improving the quality of independent talent training, and focusing on creating top-notch innovative talents". As an important sign of the development level and potential of the country and nation, building modern education with Chinese characteristics at the world level is the direction and goal of ideological and political education. In our country, ideological and political education in universities has deep roots in theoretical dimension, cultural dimension and practical dimension. In the process of ideological and political education, we must adhere to the leadership of CPC, follow the law of development of ideological and political education and the law of talent growth, implement the responsibility and mission of moral education, constantly improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, cultivate high-quality modern talents, and lay a solid talent foundation for building a powerful education country and achieving the second centennial goal.
