中职学生未来目标发展研究:基于半年的追踪调查

Research on the Development of Future Goals among Secondary Vocational School Students: Based on a Half-year Follow-up Survey

摘要: 未来目标是中职学生自我成长与生命脱变的蒙正肇始。对764名中职学生未来目标开展半年的追踪调查,结果表明:第一,未来目标总分及各子目标得分随着时间的变化而普遍增长。第二,使用潜在剖面分析技术发现,可将未来目标划分为两类特质,即“C1中外部——中偏上内部目标”和“C2中偏上外部——高内部目标”;该二分类在T1和T2时间节点均成立。第三,使用潜在转变分析技术发现,随着时间推移,C2组更稳定,C1组更具转变性。即相对于C2组变为C1组,C1组更易转变为C2组。第四,男生、年龄越大,越容易从C1组转变为C2组;而城镇户籍、家庭子女数量越多、留守时间越长、家庭社会经济地位越高,越容易保留在C1组。鉴于中职学生之于“职业教育”与“技能强国”的重要性,建议:第一,可开展将个人命运与国家未来结合的创新、实践型“未来目标-思政教育”,以促进中职学生的学习投入与思政教育的内涵式发展。第二,可倡导中职学生在实践互动中平衡内部与外部目标。第三,可向家长普及“家庭结构与家庭功能”的教育发展意义,以此助推中职学生未来目标类型的优质转变。

Abstract: The future goals marks the initiation of personal development and life metamorphosis for secondary vocational school students. A six-month follow-up survey was conducted to examine the future goals of 764 secondary vocational school students. The findings revealed that: First, there was an overall growth trend with local variations in both the total score and sub-goals of secondary vocational school students’ future goals over time. Second, employing latent profile analysis (LPA) technique, the future goals of secondary vocational school students were categorized into two groups – “C1 medium extrinsic--medium upper intrinsic goal group” and “C2 medium upper extrinsic--high intrinsic goal group”. This binary categorization remained consistent at both T1 and T2. Third, utilizing latent transition analysis (LTA) technique, it was observed that C2 exhibited greater stability over time compared to C1 which showed more transformative tendencies; specifically, transitioning from “C2 to C1” occurred less frequently than transitioning from “C1 to C2”. Fourth, investigating factors influencing latent category changes indicated that male, and the older were more likely to switch from C1 to C2; urban household registration status, number of children in family, duration of being left-behind experience as well as subjective/objective socioeconomic status were found to influence the maintenance of C1. In light of the significance of secondary vocational school students to vocational education and skill development, we can firstly implement innovative practical target ideological and political education that integrates individuals with the future of the nation, thereby enhancing students’ engagement in learning and promoting the concurrent advancement of ideological and political education. Secondly, we can encourage students to strike a balance between intrinsic and extrinsic future goals. Thirdly, it is essential to popularize among parents the importance of educational development in terms of family structure and function, aiming at fostering high-quality transformation in the goal characteristics of secondary vocational school students.
