大数据时代档案数据资源整合探究

摘要: 大数据时代，档案数据资源管理分散与集成、孤立与互通、异构与统一之间的矛盾日益凸显，需要强化档案 数据资源整合集成，构筑档案数据共享利用新空间。通过调查研究、案例分析和理论借鉴，文章解析档案数据资源整合 内涵，揭示档案数据资源整合动力，提出加强档案数据资源整合顶层设计、推进档案数据资源整合新技术应用、完善档 案数据资源整合系统平台建设等策略，力争将离散、异构、多元的档案数据资源整合成一个有机整体，推动档案数据跨 区域、跨层级、跨部门集成汇聚。

Abstract: In the big data era, there are increasing contradictions in archival data resource management, reflected in the aspects of decentralization and integration, isolation and interconnectivity, heterogeneity and unity. It is necessary to strengthen the integration of archival data resources, and to build a new space for archival data sharing and utilizing. Through our survey and research, case analysis and theoretical reference, this paper analyzes the connotation of archival data resource integration, reveals the motive power of archival data resource integration. This article puts forward measures of reinforcing the top-level design of archival data resource integration, promoting the technology application of archival data resource integration, and improving the platform development of archival data resource. The paper endeavors to integrate the discrete, heterogeneous and diversified archival data resources into an organic whole entirety. This is for the purpose of promoting the integration and convergence of archival data across regions, levels and departments.
