华人网络资源社群档案建设现状及对策研究

摘要: 加强华人网络资源社群档案建设可以传承数字时代的中华文化基因，推 动新时代华人社群对民族文化的身份认同。文章对当前华人网络资源社群档案建设 现状进行调研，发现相关项目存在建设定位较模糊、建设内容较分散、建设动力不充 足、建设主体较单一等问题，并有针对性地提出了设计清晰立体的建设定位体系、构 建立足根源的建设内容框架、开发服务导向的建设动力机制以及培养循环发展的建 设主体生态等对策建议。

Abstract: The community archives construction of Chinese online resources can inherit the national cultural genes and promote the community cognition. An online survey is been conducted on the current status of the overseas Chinese community archives construction. It’s found that there are current characteristics and problems such as unclear construction positioning, scattered theme content, insufficient construction motivation, and low participation of overseas Chinese. In response to the above problems, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to establish a value system for the construction of community archives, construct a content framework for diversified community archives,develop a service-oriented construction power mechanism and cultivate a cyclical development of the stakeholder ecosystem.
