摘要: 基于对档案在职教育相关研究的文献分析,厘清档案在职教育的“我者” (即档案在职教育所隶属的职业)存在职业主体规模较小、职业环境因素多变、职业人 员归属不明等现状,以及档案在职教育的“他者”(以相对独立于档案在职教育的档 案高等教育为典型)存在与在职教育的区分度不高、与国外经验重合度较高、与档案 职业渐行渐远等问题之于档案在职教育的影响,探讨档案在职教育研究和发展困境 出现的根本原因及破解思路。
Abstract: Based on the literature view of relevant research on Archival On-the-job Education in China, this paper probes into problems of archival on-the-job education caused by both " My origin " (refer to archival occupation to which archives on-the-job education belongs) and " The others" (taking archival higher education as a typical example), such as subject scale, environmental and attribution of archival occupation, as well as Chinese archival higher education’s distinction from on#2;the-job education, coincidence with foreign experience, and distance from archival occupation, so as to explore the root causes and solutions to archival on-the-job education research and development dilemma in China.
