数字人文技术赋能视角下的红色档案资源保护与开发利用策略研究——以贵州为例

摘要: 红色档案资源不仅记录了党的辉煌历史，也是继承和弘扬红色传统的关键。《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》指出，“要加大档案资源开发力度，深入挖掘红色档案资源，建立‘四史’教育专题档案资料库，传承红色基因，充分发挥档案在理想信念教育中的重要作用”。贵州红色资源丰富，在开发利用过程中，虽已取得一定成绩，但也面临政策统筹不够，资源结构失衡，技术更新缓慢，协作功能薄弱等困境。基于此，在数字人文技术赋能视角下，需要在制度保障方面强化政策规划的顶层导向，在基础资源方面优化整合红色档案资源结构，在技术应用方面创新数字人文的技术赋能方式，在组织协作层方面实现多主体跨界合作。通过采取这些措施，使贵州的红色档案资源将能够更好地为社会和历史文化遗产的传承作出贡献，同时也将为数字人文发展提供有益的借鉴。

Abstract: The red archives resources not only record the glorious history of the Party, but also are the key to inherit and carry forward the red tradition. According to the 14th Five-Year Plan, "we should strengthen the development of archives resources, dig deep the red archives resources, establish the special archives database of" four histories "education, inherit the red genes, and give full play to the important role of archives in the education of ideals and beliefs". Guizhou is rich in red resources. Although it has made some achievements in the process of development and utilization, it is also faced with difficulties such as insufficient policy coordination, unbalanced resource structure, slow technology update and weak cooperation function. Based on this, from the perspective of digital humanities technology empowerment, it is necessary to strengthen the top-level guidance of policy planning in terms of institutional guarantee, optimize and integrate the structure of red archives resources in terms of basic resources, innovate the technology empowerment mode of digital humanities in terms of technology application, and realize multi-subject cross-border cooperation in the organization and cooperation level. By adopting these measures, the red archives resources in Guizhou will be able to better contribute to the inheritance of social and historical and cultural heritage, and will also provide useful reference for the development of digital humanities.
