悬浮的移民、社群和档案：荷兰华人社群档案的现状与经验研究

摘要: 荷兰华人社群档案受到乡土中国差序格局的影响，具有记录意识被动、档案宗族化聚集、依赖公共档案、寻 求中庸话语等特征；其也受西方团体格局的浸染，具有重口述档案、重个人隐私、重民主参与、重多元自治等特征。由 此，文章提出“移民社群档案”研究应反思集中保管、公共开放和档案话语等问题，尊重移民的区域流动性、个体的身份 认知悬浮，将定义权和解释权交还给社群或个体。

Abstract: Some Chinese conventions are kept within immigrant community archives in the Netherlands, including passive willingness to record memory, family-oriented archival collections, admiration for the mainstream archives, the Doctrine of the Mean, etc. Some westernized characteristics are also shown in Chinese immigrant community archives as the younger immigrant generations integrating into the Dutch community, and they are changing the discourse of memory and identity, such as the emphasis on oral archives, privacy, democratic participation, and diversity and autonomy. In the end, the identity suspension both happening in the community and in the archives can be raised through the Chinese immigrant community archives in the Netherlands, and this paper puts forward that the study of archives of immigrant communities should reflect on issues such as centralized custody of archives, public openness and archival discourse, respect the regional flow of immigrants and the suspension of individual identity, and return the right of definition and interpretation to the communities or individuals.
