基于扎根理论的档案社交媒体信息再传播行为影响因素研究

摘要: 移动社交媒体时代,用户评论、转发与分享等再传播行为关系到档案社交媒体信息能否通过人际传播扩 散至更多人群。文章选取 21 名受访者进行半结构化访谈以获取研究数据,采用程序化扎根理论质性研究方法探寻 档案社交媒体信息再传播行为影响因素。经过三级编码分析,发现用户因素对档案社交媒体信息再传播行为起主观 引动作用,档案信息因素、平台因素与受传者因素起客观驱动作用,由此构建了档案社交媒体信息再传播行为影响因 素UAPR模型。在此基础上,从多个维度提出相关建议,以期为促进用户再传播行为提供理论参考。

Abstract: In the era of mobile social media, re-dissemination behaviors such as making comments, reposts and sharing by users are related to whether archival social media information can spread to more people through interpersonal communication. This paper selects 21 interviewees to conduct semi-structured interviews to obtain research data. Then, qualitative research method of procedural grounded theory is used to explore the influencing factors of re-dissemination behaviors of archival social media information. After three-level coding analysis, it is found that user factors play a subjective role in re-dissemination behaviors of archival social media information, while archival information factors, platform factors and recipient factors play an objective driving role. Therefore, the UAPR model of influencing factors of re-dissemination behaviors of archival social media information is constructed. On this basis, relevant suggestions are put forward from multiple dimensions in order to provide theoretical references for promoting users’ re-dissemination behaviors.
