Cultivating New-Quality Talents by Educational Big Data
摘要: [目的/意义] 在教育数字化转型背景下,探析教育大数据赋能新质人才培养,对推动新质生产力发展和教育范式变革都具有重要现实意义。[方法/过程] 探讨新质生产力对新质人才培养的价值诉求,厘清教育大数据与新质人才培养的关联逻辑,提出教育大数据赋能新质人才培养的具体实践路径。[结果/结论] 教育数字化转型是适应新质人才培养需求的必然趋势,而教育大数据能够成为其核心驱动力。教育大数据与新质人才在培养目标、资源要素、创新驱动等方面存在较强耦合关联,可以通过打造数智教学平台、构建基于教育大数据的人才评价体系,形成个性化、精准化的新质人才培养范式。
Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In the context of educational digital transformation, exploring the cultivation of new-quality talents empowered by educational big data holds significant practical importance for advancing new-quality productive forces (NQPR) and transforming educational paradigms. [Method/process] This study examines the value-driven relationship between NQPR and new-quality talent cultivation, explores the logical connections between educational big data and the training of new-quality talents, and proposes practical pathways for leveraging big data to enhance talent development. [Result/conclusion] The digital transformation of education is an inevitable trend to meet the demands of new-quality talent cultivation, with educational big data serving as a core driving force. There is a strong correlation between educational big data and new-quality talent training, encompassing training objectives, resource elements, and innovation drivers. By building a digital and intelligence teaching platform and developing a talent evaluation system based on educational big data, a personalized and precise new-quality talent training paradigm can be established.
