中国式农业现代化背景下的饲料产业创新与发展

摘要: 中国农业现代化的进程中，饲料生产具有极其关键的作用。随着党的二十届三中全会精神的深入贯彻，探索饲料产业的创新与发展显得尤为迫切。研究通过结合理论探讨和实证分析，结合理论探讨和实证分析的策略，首先对党的二十届三中全会关于农业现代化的战略部署进行详细解读，进而分析当前饲料产业的发展现状及面临的挑战。选取山东省作为案例地区，深入探讨该地区饲料产业的创新实践，涵盖了技术革新、管理革新以及市场革新等多个层面。研究揭示了技术创新在推动饲料产业升级中的核心作用，同时指出政策支持和市场需求是产业发展的关键驱动力，构建了农业与饲料产业协同发展机制，强调其在增强产业链的竞争力以及推动地区经济进步方面发挥着关键作用。最后，提出了一系列针对性的政策建议和发展策略，旨在为政策制定者和行业实践者提供参考。
 

Abstract: In the process of agricultural modernization in China, feed production plays an extremely crucial role. With the in-depth implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, exploring the innovation and development of the feed industry has become particularly urgent. The study employs a combination of theoretical discussion and empirical analysis to first provide a detailed interpretation of the strategic deployment regarding agricultural modernization at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. It then analyzes the current development status and challenges faced by the feed industry. Taking Shandong Province as a case study, the research delves into the innovative practices of the feed industry in the region, encompassing various aspects such as technological innovation, management innovation, and market innovation. The study reveals the central role of technological innovation in driving the industry’s upgrade and highlights that policy support and market demand are key drivers for industry development. It constructs a mechanism for the coordinated development of agriculture and the feed industry, emphasizing its critical role in enhancing the competitiveness of the industry chain and in promoting regional economic progress. Finally, a series of targeted policy recommendations and development strategies are proposed to serve as references for policymakers and industry practitioners.
