图书馆服务发展趋势：基于RAMESES的系统综述

摘要: [目的/意义]知识信息社会生态的持续演变，推动着图书馆服务的不断变革与创新，揭示图书馆服务发展趋势对实现图书馆资源与用户需求之间的最佳匹配的核心使命具有重要的理论与实践价值。[方法/过程]运用RAMESES方法梳理近五年国内图书馆服务发展研究的重要成果，筛选出2019至2023年间图书馆服务发展相关研究中具代表性的28篇文献进行系统审查，识别当前图书馆服务发展研究的重点领域、主要方法，综合提炼未来图书馆服务发展的若干趋势及其相关关系。[结果/结论]图书馆服务发展的重点领域与趋势主要体现在六个方面，即服务角色转型、服务内容深化、服务主体多元、服务场景融合、服务风向应对和服务模式创新。六个主题领域形成一个内在联系和相互作用的图书馆服务发展框架，为未来的理论与实践工作提供新的知识依据和决策参考。本研究也为未来研究提出若干建议，包括进行混合研究、跨学科交流的必要性，进一步探索图书馆服务发展的内在机理。

Abstract: Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] The continuous evolution of the knowledge and information social ecology is driving the continuous transformation and innovation of library services, and revealing the development trend of library services has important theoretical and practical value for achieving the core mission of the best match between library resources and user needs. [Method/Process] Using the RAMESES method, important achievements in domestic library service research in the past five years were sorted out, and 28 representative literature related to library service research from 2019 to 2023 were selected for systematic review. The key areas and main methods of current library service research were identified, and several trends and related relationships in future library service development were comprehensively extracted. [Result/Conclusion] The key areas and trends in the development of library services are mainly reflected in six aspects, namely the transformation of service roles, deepening of service content, diversification of service agents, integration of service scenarios, response to service trends, and innovation of service models. The six thematic areas form an interconnected and interactive framework for the development of library services, providing new knowledge basis and decision-making reference for future theoretical and practical work. This study also proposes several suggestions for future research, including the necessity of conducting mixed research and interdisciplinary exchanges, and further exploring the internal mechanisms of library service development.
