新质生产力下的高校人才培养模式:内涵特征、形成逻辑及实践旨向

The Talent Training Mode of Colleges and Universities under the New Productivity : Connotation Characteristics, Formation Logic and Practical Orientation

摘要: 新一轮科技革命催生以智能化、数字化为核心特征的高科技、高质量、高效能的生产力,同时科技创新加速产业结构转型升级,战略性新兴产业和未来产业的发展对高素质创新人才需求更加迫切。新质生产力发展与高校人才培养体系创新存在双向驱动的内在逻辑:一方面,新质生产力通过构建高校高层次创新型人才培养新生态,驱动教育高质量发展;另一方面,教育高质量发展通过促进知识和劳动力再生产、加速科技创新,赋能新质生产力。随着新一轮科技革命的加速推进,高校人才教育亟待更新育人理念、升级培养方案、优化供需匹配以及扩大对外开放。研究基于以上现实困境提出四个方面的实践路径,以期为教育高质量发展赋能新质生产力提升寻求创新与突破。

Abstract: The new round of scientific and technological revolution has spawned high-tech, high-quality and high-efficiency productivity with intelligence and digitization as the core characteristics. At the same time, scientific and technological innovation has accelerated the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. The development of strategic emerging industries and future industries is more urgent for the demand for high-quality innovative talents. There is an internal logic of two-way driving between the development of new quality productivity and the innovation of talent training system in colleges and universities. On the one hand, new quality productivity drives the high-quality development of education by constructing a new ecology of high-level innovative talents training in colleges and universities. On the other hand, the high-quality development of education empowers new quality productivity by promoting the reproduction of knowledge and labor, accelerating scientific and technological innovation. With the acceleration of a new round of scientific and technological revolution, talent education in colleges and universities urgently needs to update the concept of educating people, upgrade the training program, optimize the matching of supply and demand, and expand the opening to the outside world. Based on the above practical difficulties, this paper puts forward four practical paths in order to seek innovation and breakthrough for the high-quality development of education to empower new quality productivity.
