新时代信息资源管理创新驱动新质生产力发展研究

摘要: 【目的/意义】新质生产力是推动人类社会进步和实现现代化的重要动力。在当今数智时代背景下，新质生产力对信息资源管理发展具有引领作用，且信息资源管理创新驱动对新质生产力的提升发挥着关键支撑作用。【方法/过程】本文在新质生产力这一概念提出的背景下，梳理目前学界对信息资源管理和新质生产力之间相互关系的研究进展，探讨信息资源管理对新质生产力的促进作用，进而提出信息资源管理学科创新驱动新质生产力的路径选择。【结果/结论】新质生产力是新时代经济发展的重要引擎，是引领科技创新、发展新兴产业的重要动力。新质生产力的高质量运行需要多因素驱动，信息资源管理作为新质生产力发展的重要推动因素，有技术创新、制度创新、组织与文化创新等创新驱动力和影响因素，并在此基础上通过数据要素、数字技术、社会政策、人才培养等途径驱动新质生产力高质量发展。

Abstract: The new quality productivity is an important driving force for the progress of human society and the realization of modernization. In the context of today’s digital intelligence era, new quality productivity play a leading role in the development of information resource management, and the innovation-driven development of information resource management is key to enhancing new quality productivity.【Method/process】Under the background of the concept of new quality productivity, this paper reviews the current research progress on the relationship between information resource management and new quality productivity, analyzes the promoting effect of information resource management on new quality productivity, and then proposes the path selection of information resource management discipline to empower new quality productivity.【Result/conclusion】New quality productivity, as a key driver of the new-era economy, serve as a vital impetus for technological innovation and the development of new industries. For the high-quality operation of new quality productivity to be sustained, it requires multiple engines. As an important driving factor for the development of new quality productivity, information resource management has innovative driving forces and influencing factors such as technological innovation, institutional innovation, organizational and cultural innovation, and on this basis, it drives the high-quality development of new quality productivity through data elements, digital technology, social policies, talent training and other ways.
