从“vision”到“志”:愿景型领导本土化的理路

From vision to zhi: Orderliness of Visionary Leadership Localization

摘要: 作为西方舶来领导理论之一的愿景型领导尚缺乏本土化的探索。愿景型领导的本土转化需紧扣vision术语的词源、演化以及作为学术概念的使用,结合我国文化语境等批判性分析其契合性,继而吸纳其先进成分并转化为本土语境的标识性表达。中西方表征人之为人的话语差异以及“愿景”即“志向”的发现为愿景型领导的本土化以及可纳入我国原创的志型领导奠定了基础。愿景型领导本土化的实例启迪学术界笃定文化自信、构建中国自主知识体系教育领导学的方式和路径,更为立足本来、面向未来、借鉴外来的知识创新提供范例,有利于向世界学术界贡献中国智慧、中国方案。

Abstract: As one of Borrowed leadership theories,There was no reaseach about localization of Visionary Leadership. Localization of Visionary Leadership needs to focus on etymology,evolution and using as a concept of vision, combine culture context of our country and analysis its fitness critically,absorb its progressiveness and transform as distinctive expression. Different discourses about the reason why people are human of Eastern and Western and vision as zhixiang  are not only the bases of Localization of Visionary Leadership but also brought into zhi Leadership.Localization of Visionary Leadership edifies academic circle to strengthen culture confidence,construct Educational Leadership with China’s independent knowledge system, provide knowledge innovation through basing on the original,facing the future and borrowing from external sources, Be good to provide world academic circle with China’s wisdom and plan.
