The Logical Basis and Cultivation Strategies of Teachers’ Professional Competence Improvement under the Guidance of Educationalists
摘要: 在现代社会的教育领域,教育家精神鲜明地展现在教师的道德风范、专业造诣及教育理念的创新与践行之中。作为教师职业的灵魂,教育家精神是教师专业素养探究的基石。教师专业素养的构成是一个综合框架的要素整合,包括课程拓展能力、个人道德素养和个人专业能力。教育家精神与教师专业素养的深度融合,深刻彰显了教师内在品质的卓越精髓,并确立了教师专业素养培养所追求的崇高目标。在教师专业素养的培育策略中,我们需从多个维度入手,包括在教师职前教育中强化教育家精神的培育,在教师入职培训中深化对教育家精神的学习与实践,以及在持续的专业发展中构建教育家精神的激励机制。这一系列举措旨在实现教育家精神的传承与创新,通过教育家精神的引领,不断精进教师的专业素养,最终实现教育家精神与教师专业素养的和谐共生与相互促进。
Abstract: In the field of education in modern society, the spirit of educationalists is vividly manifested in the moral style, professional expertise, and innovation and practice of educational ideas of teachers. As the soul of the teacher profession, the spirit of educationalists is the cornerstone of the exploration of teachers’ professional competence. The composition of teachers’ professional competence is a comprehensive framework of integrating elements, including course expansion ability, personal moral quality, and personal professional ability. The deep integration of educationalist spirit and teachers’ professional competence profoundly manifests the exquisite essence of teachers’ inner quality and establishes the lofty goal pursued in the cultivation of teachers’ professional competence. In the cultivation strategy of teachers’ professional competence, we need to start from multiple dimensions, including strengthening the cultivation of educationalist spirit in pre-service teacher education, deepening the study and practice of educationalist spirit in new teachers’ induction training, and building an incentive mechanism for cultivating educationalist spirit in ongoing professional development. This series of measures aims to achieve the inheritance and innovation of educationalist spirit, through the guidance of educationalist spirit, constantly improving teachers’ professional competence, and ultimately achieving the harmonious coexistence and mutual promotion of educationalist spirit and teachers’ professional competence.
